When referring to 'you' or 'your', this shall be deemed as reference to any persons accessing the Maison Marguerite Website and any persons placing an order via the Maison Marguerite Website.
These terms and conditions govern the use of the Maison Marguerite Website and apply to all items ordered from Ottoline.

Weights, dimensions and descriptions of goods given by us to you for any purpose are stated in good faith but are approximate only and will not bind MM in any way. We reserve the right to withdraw, or amend, the specification of any goods without further notice to you. Please allow variance on sizes stated especially when orders are placed at different times.
Please note we do not guarantee colour match between the same products ordered by you in separate orders.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Maison Marguerite Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, tablet or mobile device, we cannot guarantee that your monitor,'s tablet's or mobile device's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate. We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the Maison Marguerite Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.
All information and advise either published on the Maison Marguerite Website, sent to you by email or shared with you over the phone has been supplied in good faith and can only be interpreted as general guidance.
Our patterns are digitally printed on a natural fabric which has natural and manufacturing variations and characteristics such as slubs and knots. Very occasionally these variations and characteristics prevent print dye from covering the full surface of the fabric. We believe this gives our fabrics a distinctive and unique character. You will accept that these product characteristic cannot be classified as faulty.
Our fabric is digitally printed and is dry clean only, you cannot wipe it with a damp cloth.
All of our products are designed for interior use only. It is your responsibility to ensure that the product is fit for purpose for the end use you envisage.
P R I C E S
Prices include VAT, but exclude delivery charges and import duties. Customers will pay postal/shipping costs at check-out. Customers outside the United Kingdom are liable for additional import duties.
All prices are correct at time of publishing, but may change due to administrative errors or circumstances beyond our control. Ottoline is not liable for import duties for international shipments outside the United Kingdom.
P L A C I N G A N O R D E R
MM may modify the terms and conditions on the Maison Marguerite Website without notifying you. You agree to periodically review these terms and conditions to be aware of any such revisions. Should the revision be unacceptable to you, you agree to stop accessing the Ottoline Website. Your continued use of the Maison Marguerite Website after any such revision(s) shall be deemed as acceptance of and agreement to abide by all such revisions. Prices are subject to change without notice. These changes will not affect orders that have already been despatched.
Wallcolour and fabrics sold on the Maison Marguerite Website are made to order and are non-stocked items. This means that every order will only be produced on payment in full of the value of the order.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you are satisfied that all details and aspects of your order are correct and suitable for your requirements including without limitation measurements, dimensions, product features and delivery. MM is not responsible for any implications resulting from incorrect details and aspects of your order.
When you place an order on the MM Website we shall email you an order confirmation. Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the 'PAY’ button.
We recommend that when ordering wallcolours or fabrics that advice is sought from a trained professional. MM can only advise suitable meterage of products in good faith, but does not take responsibility for over or under ordering of products. Any additional orders as a result of under ordering will be treated as a separate order and cannot be added on to previous orders.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. If there are any problems with your order we shall contact you. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. We will take all necessary measures to keep the details of your order and payment secure.
To be eligible to purchase products on this website you must be over 18 years of age, register by providing your real name, phone number, email address, payment details and other requested information and also provide a valid delivery address and a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and temporary addresses are not permitted.
D I S C O U N T C O D E S
You may occasionally receive discount codes from us, via email or through promotional materials. Each code is unique to the recipient, is not transferable, has no monetary value and under no circumstances can it be converted into currency. Each code has an expiry date, which will be stated at the time of promotion or on accompanying promotional materials which cannot be modified. Codes can only be redeemed online.
When an order is placed using a promotional code and contains a number of items, the value of the discount is spread over each item according to the pro-rated value of that item. Any refund of an item purchased in such an order will be reduced by the value of discount attached to it. The ‘discount’ will not be refunded.
Under no circumstances can the value of a discount code be deducted from an order if that code is defective or out of date: no replacement codes will be issued.
Only one discount voucher can be used per order. If any other rules apply to a specific promotion, these will be clearly stated at the time of promotion or on accompanying promotional materials.
S H I P P I N G & D E L I V E R Y
Ordered products will be shipped by MM's suppliers within 48 hours after production save for weekends and public holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the shipping tracking number when the order has been dispatched.
For orders outside of the United Kingdom local customs duty will be charged to you depending upon the country in which you reside. MM is not responsible for payment of this duty. The shipping company will contact you once your items are in customs to let you know the cost. Be aware that this may delay your delivery time as goods are held at customs. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary charges for local authorities to release the goods.

We shall not be liable for delays and/or failures in delivery if we cannot gain access to the property.

R I S K O F L O S S O R D A M A G E
MM caries the risk of loss or damage to the ordered products until you receive them. The products belong to you when you have received them and have paid us in full. If you return the products to us for any reason, they will become our property and be at our risk from the time we receive them.
Please note that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the items while they are in your possession and we
hold the right to deny returns if the merchandise returned does not meet our policy requirements.
R E T U R N P O L I C Y
Cushions can be returned for a full refund (excluding our shipping costs) within 28 calendar days from receipt of order.
We are unable to accept returns on items that are bespoke, personalised, or made to specific measurements. This includes wallcolour (which is made to order) and fabric (which will have been cut specifically to your requirements).
We can only accept a return of wallcolour and fabric if the product is: a) Damaged in transit before you receive it, or b) Faulty.

MM will respect the privacy of your personal data, and will comply with all relevant and current data protection legislation. We will not disclose your personal data to anyone, unless required to do so by a court of competent jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any such amendments will take effect when posted on the Maison Marguerite Website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use the Maison Marguerite Website. The continued use of the Maison Marguerite Website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
